Due to the popularity of the painted bronze exterior on our 1600 Series windows, MI will discontinue use of the bronze laminate on select products. Beginning June 1, bronze exterior laminate will no longer be an option on the following products:
1650 Double-Hung,
1685 Double-Slider,
1675 Casement,
1665 Awning, and
1650 Picture Window. The bronze laminate will still be available on the
1620 Single-Hung,
1630 Single-Slider,
1620 Picture Window,
3500 Single-Hung,
3500 Picture Window,
9660 Awning, and
9770 Casement windows.
Our water-based painted options – available in eight colors – offer both durability and aesthetic quality. The application of the paint takes place after product assembly to ensure smooth coverage, even on welded corners.
