As our primary customers for the 3500HP are in Florida, MI Windows is relocating production of this window to our Flower Mound, Texas, facility. This change will begin on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, and will result inshorter lead times for our customers in Florida.
The 3500HP is ordered for large rough openings in projects that utilize MI’s 3540 single-hung. The 3500HP includes additional reinforcements that achieve a DP rating of 50 when product size exceeds a block size of 35 or stock size of 3060.
The 3500HP is available with .” and ⅝” flat grids between the glass, 11/16” sculptured grids between the glass, and 1 ⅛” simulated divided lite grids. It is available in white and almond extruded colors. The brickmould option for the 3500HP will be discontinued as part of this change.
