We're Proud Partners of the Following Organizations

Energy Star partner logo

ENERGY STAR®

ENERGY STAR is a government backed program designed to protect the environment through superior energy efficiency. The ENERGY STAR label recognizes energy efficient products and promotes the environmental and economic benefits that these products offer.  Every ENERGY STAR qualified window and door design is independently tested and certified to perform at levels that meet or exceed strict energy efficiency criteria set by the U.S. Department of Energy. MI is proud to be an ENERGY STAR partner.

AAMA

American Architectural Manufacturers Association®

The American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) brings together the professionals of window, door and skylight manufacturing companies, both large and small, from all across the U.S. and internationally, to represent both individual and shared concerns. AAMA has developed voluntary standards to test and verify the performance and quality of windows, doors and skylights. All of MI's product lines have been Gold Label Certified.

NFRC Logo

National Fenestration Rating Council®

The National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) is a non-profit organization that administers the only uniform, independent rating and labeling system for the energy performance of windows, doors, skylights and attachment products. Look for the NFRC label when comparing product’s energy performance. The design in every MI product has been NFRC certified.

MI Foundation National Beneficiaries

The MI Charitable Foundation is a proud supporter of these organizations, and more

In addition to local outreach, the MI Foundation has partnered with several national organizations to support three noteworthy causes: veteran’s affairs, children's wellbeing, and cancer at large with a particular focus on pediatric cancer. The organizations we support at a national level focus their primary efforts in at least one of these three categories. Though we support many charitable organizations, three examples of our national partnerships are with Homes for Our Troops, Four Diamonds, and St. Jude.
